COUPE architecture was founded in January of 2010 on a singular, defiant mission – to build an architecture practice focused entirely on bespoke, high-end design.

We specialize in crafting luxury custom homes, major remodels and additions, as well as winery and hospitality projects.  We also bring proven expertise to lifestyle projects like wine cellars and luxury automotive spaces.

Kelly, serves as your lead designer from start to finish.  Even when supporting team members assist on your project, Brandon maintains absolute responsibility for every design decision and direction.  Your vision will never be handed off; it will be actively guided and executed by the Founder himself throughout the entire project.

About the Founder

Brandon's architectural career began with inspiration drawn from the great works of Frank Lloyd Wright, particularly his "Fallingwater" project. This early passion for art, drawing, and construction led him to the field of architecture. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Cincinnati's School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning—a program consistently ranked among the nation's top design schools.

Brandon is a licensed Architect in Idaho, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Utah & Arizona, with reciprocal licensure pending in Oregon. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), holds certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), and is a LEED Accredited Professional, dedicated to practicing sustainable design strategies.

Outside of architecture, Brandon enjoys traveling with his wife, participating in sports car rallies across the country, and exploring his passion for wine - an interest deepened by studying Enology & Viticulture, working a harvest, and earning his WSET-2 certification.
