BRANDON J. KELLY, RA, NCARB, LEED AP
Owner / Architect / Designer
Born in Western Pennsylvania, Brandon’s architectural career was initially inspired by the great works of Frank Lloyd Wright (i.e. Fallingwater, Robie House, etc.). His continued passion of art, drawing & building led him to the obvious path of becoming an Architect. Brandon acquired both his Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning - a program that is consistently ranked among the top design schools in the nation. Today, Brandon is a Licensed Architect in the State of Washington, is NCARB certified (from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board), and is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional (by the United States Green Building Council). Brandon’s interests (outside of Architecture) include spending time with his wife & son, vintage cars, home renovations, real estate, golf and escaping to wine country.
Born and raised in Montana, Kori graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from Montana State University, and worked her way to Seattle. Kori’s love for the industry began at a young age while growing up within a family of contractors and tradesman. She was inspired by her grandfather’s craftsmanship and woodworking skills, and how his handy work had no boundaries, which sparked Kori’s interest in Architecture and design. Kori has worked on a wide range of projects in the Pacific Northwest including wineries, multi-family, hospitality, and retail. Kori’s passion is to work collaboratively while creating spaces that clients are proud to call their own. Kori’s interests (outside of Architecture) include spending time with her husband & dog, renovating their house, rowing the Duwamish, fitness, exploring new areas of the city, as well as traveling.
